Day 1: Arrival / The Capital of Cool
On arrival in Keflavík Airport, you will be met by your private chauffeur who will transfer you to your luxury hotel in Reykjavík. After settling into the hotel, you’ll be introduced to the city by our professional guide, who will take you on a light walk to unusual and original places where you can see, feel and taste what makes Reykjavík tick. Stay the night in a Jr. Suite or similar at a luxury hotel.

Day 2: Waterfalls & Black Sand Beaches
The first leg of the journey takes you over the fertile farmland of southwest Iceland. The drive includes stops at two spectacular waterfalls: Skógarfoss and Seljalandsfoss. Continue to Vík and experience the black, volcanic beach south of the village, from where you can view the rock formations Dyrhólaey and Reynisdrangar. The last stop of the day is at the stunning Canyon Fjaðrárgljúfur before settling in at comfortable country-hotel in Kirkjubæjarklaustur area.
Highlights: Skógarfoss, Seljalandsfoss, Skógar Folk Museum, Vík, Dyrhólaey and canyon Faðrarárgljúfur.
Optional activities: Glacier-walk on Sólheimajökull glacier.
Day 3: Europe's Largest Glacier
Today you’ll visit visiting the lush nature area Skaftafell at Vatnajökull National Park. There are many interesting hiking trails at Skaftafell, including a short hike to the beautiful Svartifoss waterfall made of columnar basalt. Continue to the breath-taking glacial lagoon, Jökulsárlón where you will enjoy a boat-cruise among the glacier-calves. Stay overnight near the village of Höfn, in Iceland’s southeast corner, right by Vatnajökull, Europe’s largest glacier by far.
Highlights: Skaftafell at Vatnajökull National Park, Vatnajökull Glacier and Jökulsárlón. 
Optional activities: Snowmobile tour on Vatnajökull or Quad Biking on a desert black beach.
Day 4: The Grand Fjords of the East
We drive through spectacular fjord scenery and visit charming fishing villages as we head to the largest town of east Iceland, Egilsstaðir. Among notable sites along the way are the majestic Mt. Búlandstindur, the village of Seyðisfjörður and the monster-home Lagarfljót River. Stay the night at the charming Gistiheimili Egilsstaðir, or similar.
Highlights: Mt. Búlandstindur, Petra's Mineral Collection, Lagarfljót River, Egilsstaðir and Seyðisfjörður.
Optional activities: kayaking on the fjords, sailing or deep-sea fishing.
Day 5: Lake Mývatn
Once you have traversed the eastern fjords and moorlands, prepare to be amazed by the unique, natural beauty of Lake Mývatn and surroundings. You’ll take in the lunar landscapes of Námaskarð Pass, the Skútustaðagígar pseudo craters and the Dimmuborgir lava formations, as well as visiting Mt. Krafla, one of Iceland’s most interesting volcanoes. In the late afternoon, we’ll visit the amazing Mývatn Nature Baths, a perfect way to rejuvenate after enjoyable day . Stay in the area of Lake Mývatn.
Highlights: Lake Mývatn, Skútustaðir, Dimmuborgir, Námafjall, Krafla and Mývatn Nature Baths.
Day 6: The Pearls of the North
Ásbyrgi Canyon, and Dettifoss, the most powerful waterfall in Europe, are both located in the wondrous and varied Jökulsárgljúfur, north of Lake Mývatn. Today we’ll visit these unique sites as we head to the beautiful coastal village of Húsavík, best known for its excellent whale-watching tours. From Húsavík, you’ll travel on to the bay to view these magnificent animals, before heading back to Mývatn. Stay another night in the area of Mývatn.
Highlights: Ásbyrgi, Jökulsárgljúfur, Dettifoss and Húsavík.
Day 7: Akureyri and the Arctic Circle
We’ll spend the first half of the day by Lake Mývatn, before visiting the Goðafoss waterfall on our way to Akureyri, the ‘Capital of the North’. The guide will take you to the places of interest in this charming town. Head on Skagafjöður mecca of Icelandic horse, stay in Skagafjörður area.
Highlights: Goðafoss and Akureyri.
Day 8: Kjölur Highland Road and the Golden Circle
Today we’ll take you midway over Iceland’s Highland area. We’ll start the day in beautiful Skagafjörður. We will then take you to the vast highlands over the Kjölur mountain road and stop at Hveravellir, where you can bathe in a natural hot spring. The journey continues as we visit some of the best-known natural phenomena in Iceland, including Gullfoss, Geysir and Þingvellir National Park. We’ll end the day in Reykjavik, where you’ll stay overnight.

Day 9: The Blue Lagoon and Departure
End your holiday in Iceland with a guided tour of the volcanic wonderland of Reykjanes Peninsula. We will drive from Reykjavík to see the Lake Kleifarvatn and the colourful Seltún (Krýsuvík) with its boiling mud-pots. Afterwards we will pass by before visiting the Blue Lagoon spa. At the Blue Lagoon, you’ll have time to relax and enjoy a massage before heading to Keflavík Airport for your afternoon flight back home. (Note: If your flight is in the morning, we’ll change your travel itinerary accordingly).
