Hoffell Guesthouse is situated on the far side of the south coast of Iceland, approaching the East Fjords. This spectacular location is why the guesthouse is an idyllic destination along the Ring Road.

The guesthouse is split over 3 different accommodations: a house, remodelled barn, and renovated cowshed, for a modern and yet rustic feel. There are rooms of different sizes, decorated in minimal décor but with all the amenities you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Some rooms offer mountain and glacier views.

All guests have access to the 5 geothermal hot tubs located on-site. This means that after a day of excursions and driving to Hoffell, you can relax under the midnight sun or northern lights. You also benefit from free Wi-Fi and a hearty breakfast in the morning.

Hoffell is around an hour’s drive west of the Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon and Diamond Beach. You’ll find it nestled below Hoffellsjökull, an outlet glacier that's part of Vatnajökull, Europe’s largest ice cap. This is the enchanting backdrop you can expect during your stay.

Hoffell Guesthouse is only around 3 kilometres (1.8 miles) from Hoffellsjökull and there are walkways that guests can use for a walk in the scenic surroundings.
